CPTM sponsors a number of local and national outreach events. The Center organizes speakers, conferences, and summer institutes to serve the wider
community in broad ways. These events also serve basic goals of the center. They strengthen valuable connections to individuals and institutions.
They communicate what the Center is about. They provide sites for both testing and informing the working ideas of the Center. In addition, they draw
others into CPTM work, enlisting their talents and interests.
